Meditation | Accessing Joy

What does joy mean to you? 


Years ago, I began to keep joy in my back pocket. A literal “Joy List” on my phone full of the small and big things that fill me up. I often work with my coaching clients on fulfillment and our abilities to design a life that doesn’t keep us depleted. Joy is my forever tool. And on the most challenging days, when hardships greet me at the door, I pull out my joy list and challenge myself to find 2-3 small things that I can access in that very moment. 

In this short guided meditation, I invite you to access your joy.
